The Leaders in Motion (LIM) program offers associates a three-year extensive training development program that presents you the opportunity to combine prior college coursework with on-the-job training, building an individual's technical and analytical competencies and proficiencies.

Join the DFAS-Columbus team and become an Associate in the LIM professional development program. You will be given extensive hands-on experience in one of the largest finance and accounting firms in the world. You will be challenged with special projects. DFAS-Columbus Internships: A Connection to Your Future

Sure, you're getting the degree, but will that be enough to get the job? Did you know that employers are less likely to hire a college graduate that does not have work experience - even if that graduate has an excellent GPA? When asked what would satisfy the previous work experience requirement, employers stated that a "real" internship would fulfill the requirement providing the internship included project work and not just administrative duties.
